Welcome to DealerPulse Mobile, a free app designed for General Motors dealerships that want to extend their usage of the desktop version into mobile environments.

Requirements

This app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and many Android smart phones and tablets. Please see Android Help or iOS Help for specific device requirements.

DealerPulse Mobile is a password-protected app that requires the Dealer Principal to generate an individual employee’s login credentials through an administration page in DealerPulse.

You will notice that the mobile app features a lot of the same relevant tools and content you see in the web-based version of DealerPulse, including:

• Up-to-date information regarding individual and dealership performance on customer satisfaction measures.
• Comparison of individual and dealership scores to region, zone, and national benchmarks.
• Hot Alerts for PDS, SSS, DSS, GMCC, and Quick Touch
• Customer comments
